Marcia Watson Wasserman

Marcia Watson Wasserman has more than 25 years of experience in human resources, general operations, and administrative management consulting.  She was previously employed as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of several major local and national law firms.

Her expertise includes business formations and relocations, succession planning, strategic planning, retreat facilitation, cash flow projections and financial management reports, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, development of employee handbooks and job descriptions, marketing strategy and management training programs.

Marcia is the founder and President of Comprehensive Management Solutions, Inc. which provides C.O.O. To Go TM services for small to mid-sized law firms to help them operate more efficiently, effectively and profitably.  She also serves on the Board of Directors and Chairs the Strategic Planning Committee for the Pacific Region of the Arthritis Foundation.

Marcia and her husband clinical psychologist Charles Wasserman, Ph.D., live in Northridge and are herded by their two Australian Shepherds, Blossom and Coco Chanel.
