Welcome to the Launch of Our New Web Site and Image!

Win-Win Logo

Win-Win Workplace Solutions has grown and matured over the past couple of years, and with the changes we realized that our image and Web site no longer fully reflected the quality and nature of the work that we do. You may find the artwork of our new logo a bit unusual; but as you come to know us, you will see that it reflects how we help businesses grow: by tapping into the deep resources already within them.

Win-Win Workplace Solutions isn't like ordinary consulting firms, which simply diagnose problems for you to solve or leave you with recommendations to implement on your own. We don't just concentrate on workflow designs or organizational charts; we also focus on you and the people inside your business.

The strategic plans and mission, vision, and values statements that we help create are living tools that guide our clients' organizations into future success. And significantly, we stay to help our clients implement these plans. Our clients' businesses grow because we help the people inside their companies grow and develop into stronger, more competent leaders.

Our work begins as we help CEOs, presidents, executive directors, and business partners craft plans for dealing with the issues they face within their organizations. We are pleased to announce that this work with business leaders can now be taken to an even higher level by one of our managing partners: Gail has become a "Vistage Chair" and will be forming a new peer group of top executives who want to become better leaders, make better decisions, and achieve better results. Qualified executives can learn more about Vistage International -- the world's leading chief executive organization -- and this new, Los Angeles-area group at an informational event planned for July 8th, as well as in this month's article "Vistage Chief Executive Peer Group."

This newsletter also includes two other informative articles that reflect our approach to crafting plans with business leaders: "First Things First" and "Set Your Building Blocks in the Right Order."

We hope you and your staff find this newsletter thought-provoking and helpful in moving your organization forward. And as usual, please contact us if you would like to find new ways to achieve your goals and you are ready to take your organization to the next level.

To your business success,

Rick and Gail
