Organizational Check-Up

Win-Win offers a unique and cost-effective program to keep your organization healthy and ready for all the changes and challenges that you will face. It is a simple concept and one that we practice in our everyday life: a check-up. We take our car in for a service ever few thousand miles even if there is nothing apparently wrong with the car: We take it to a professional to have the oil changed, things adjusted, and its safety checked. We personally visit a doctor for an annual physical, even if we are not sick. We do both of these things to prevent problems and maintain full optimal functioning. Why not do this with your organization? Win-Win, for a very reasonable fee, will bring in a group of professionals who can “examine” your organization in a number of areas (personnel, organization, culture, business, fiscal) and give you feedback and guidance that you can only get from an outside perspective.

Executive Hiring and Integration (Onboarding)

Win-Win can help you with perhaps the most important thing you can ever do. Other than being an organization worthy of a good hire, there is NOTHING more important to the success of an organization, than getting right people into your organization (and then keeping them). The costs of a bad hire are enormous in terms of the financial investment, cost of poor performance, lost time and energy in needless management, decreased morale and employee retention (There is growing evidence that good employees don’t leave organizations; they leave bad bosses). We help you and your organization hire the best-fit people for the position and then continue to help integrate them into the new position — and likely a new organizational culture — over the next year. For a small percentage of their annual salary we help you from the start of the process until months after the hire to reduce the risk of bad hire and increase the likelihood of finding the best people to work and stay in your company.
