2. What are the shipping methods, costs, and delivery times?

Our fulfillment center is closed on Sundays and U.S. holidays. Non-restricted Online assessments will be made available through an email with an automatic link within 24 hours. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that are due to your ISP.

Shipping charges and delivery times are estimated. Delivery times may vary and are based on product availability. Actual shipping charges will be calculated when you place your order, and are based on your order, shipping method and shipping destination.

Certain assessments published by CPP and PsychCorpCenter are available only to users who have appropriate training and credentials, and who adhere to the principals of proper use, including knowledge of assessments and their applications.

The classifications are based on The Standards for Educational and Psychological Testing (published by APA, AERA, and NCME and available here). The Standards is written for the professional and for the educated layperson and addresses professional and technical issues of instrument development and use in education, psychology, and employment. Online purchases of these restricted instruments must be evaluated for their appropriateness within these guidelines and testers informed of their rights and responsibilities www.apa.org/science/ttrr.html before the links to take the assessment will be sent.

If your purchase requires an evaluation, you will be contacted by email within 24 hours for additional information. Upon satisfaction that standards are met, the appropriate link will be sent.
